As manufactures we are able to help customers with their bespoke requirements by producing special sized Partition screens to meet their specific needs. We manufacture at our site in Peterborough so we can keep our costs very low and competitive passing on trade prices straight to you the end user.

The Morton range of office partition screens has a powder coated aluminium frame, which is exceptionally stylish and elegant providing a sleek look to any environment. The main feature of the Morton partition range is it’s acoustic qualities which will absorb sound in any situation, common uses are to segregate meeting rooms, consultation rooms, servers and between desks in a noisy environment i.e. call centres.

The Morton Office Screen range is manufactured using an 18mm solid core covered in 12mm fire retardant foam either side, and also has metal plates either side of the foot slots on the internal core to prevent the feet from piercing the fabric on the outer layer.

The Morton Office Screens are available in various different styles and designs, that can be
linked together using the Universal linking strip system. This allows you to have the same aluminium
frame in the your chosen screen trim finish.

The Morton Acoustic Office Screens have been tested by the Sound Research Laboratories Limited. The Acoustic tests were carried out by SRL's Laboratory at Holbrook House, Sudbury, Suffolk. to determine the sound absorption of our Morton Acoustic office partition screens in accordance with BS EN ISO 354:2003.

The Budget Office Screen range of partition screens are positioned at the lower end of the office furniture screen range, but that does not mean that the quality has been compromised. The Budget office screens are manufactured using an 18mm chipboard core with 8mm pinnable insulation board either side, then compressed together using immense pressure to strengthen the office furniture screen.

The pinnable core of the Budget Office screens comes as standard, with several different options available within the Budget screen range including curved office screens that curve to a 90-degree angle, waved top screens, desktop and also freestanding office furniture screens, this screen is an extremely versatile range for your money.

If you require a portable partition screen please consider using the Budget Office Screens with lockable castor feet. They are easy to transport, link together and also store, and with the added advantage of being able to lock the castors you have the knowledge that the screens will be safe in any environment.

The edging is available in either a grey or black PVC trim and the linking strips and feet will co-ordinate in the same colours.

The Flexi-screen is an office partition screen system that offers a sturdy flexible solution to transform any room into a temporary area within seconds. Whether you need a training area, conference room or to divide a large area into small sections the Flexi-screen is the perfect product and a realistic price.

The Flexi-screen office partition is available in either 2000mm or 1800mm high and comes in a selection of systems from a 2 panel (3m display stand) to a 5 panel (5m display stand).

Rap Office Screens offers each panel in a 1000mm wide to maximise the display area without having vast amounts of panels which helps to reduce the products weight making it easier to transport and to assemble. Included within each flexi-screen office partition system is a protective cover for storage, a choice of 12 loop nylon fabric colours, high quality braked castor feet, durable grey PVC edge finish to panels and high quality grey powder coated paint finish to castors.

Not only has the Flexi-screen been specially designed for easy assembly and transportation but you are also able to join the systems together by using a simple durable linking strip that has been used within the office partitioning industry for many years. This simple linking strip allows you to purchase additional systems into the future to increase the size of your temporary partitioned area.

Both the Morton and Budget Office Furniture Screens have 3 types of office screen feet available, the stabilising or button feet come free of charge with the screens, if you require lockable castor feet on either range they are available at a small additional charge, which are perfect if the screens need to be moved on a regular basis.

The stabilising feet are low profile reducing any hindrance for example in corridors. You are able to use button feet if your screens are self-supporting and positioned in a 90-degree angle or using one of our wall linking battens. The stabilising feet have been designed to be "wheelchair friendly" making them ideal for walk ways and large office areas.

The Morton and the Budget office furniture screen ranges come complete with a free of charge 2 way linking strip making it easy to link your office screens together, you may also want to link 3 and 4 screens together from a centre point, this can also quite easily be achieved using the 3 & 4 way link strips.

Desk Mounted Office Furniture Screens

If you have one big office space, you might want to consider using desk mounted office partition screens to section off different departments or make individual offices. Desktop screens are a great solution for people who wish to have their own private working space yet still creating the team atmosphere and by using the waved top option it will provide more acoustic sound absorption at it’s highest point where the voice is naturally projected.

"Wipeable" Laminate Partition Screens

Laminate office furniture screens can be manufactured using either beech, grey or white High Pressure Laminate and are ideal if you need to partition of an area but require them to have a "wipe clean" surface.

The Morton range of laminate office screens has a powder coated aluminium frame, which is exceptionally stylish and elegant providing a sleek look to any environment.

The Morton Laminate office screens are manufactured using an 18mm chipboard core with 2mm MDF board either side, then compressed together using immense pressure to strengthen the screen. Then your chosen laminate colour is glued and pressed onto both sides.

Rap Office Screens specify that all their Laminate Partition Screens must be manufactured using this High Pressure Laminate to give a high quality finish to the Laminate Office screens. High pressure laminates (HPL) are also known as plastic laminates. HPL is a one-step process that is produced by fusing together, under heat and pressure, multiple layers of Kraft paper saturated with phenolic resin. This sandwich is fused with a layer of melamine saturated decorative paper, which is typically added at the same time the phenolic layers are being fused. Further value can be added to this type of overlay by including a very thin top sheet of clear or translucent alpha-cellulose paper heavily saturated with melamine resins. This additional layer, common in laminate flooring products, is used mainly with print patterns and adds additional wear resistance to the surface.
